Key services under development consulting include, 1) development, testing and rolling out of MEL/RBM systems;2) conducting baseline and end-line surveys; 3) evaluation of development programs and projects; (4) building MEL/RBM capacity of the organizations; 5) development of Strategic Plans, Program and Project Proposals; 6) conducting research and analysis to generate new knowledge and to inform development practice and; 7) undertake documentation of case studies, impact studies and success stories from development work.

In terms of business/enterprise development, we provide professional services in 1) performance monitoring, evaluation and optimization, 2) marketing, branding and advertising and, 3) business and enterprise growth solutions.
